So... the Pros...plenty of lanes, lanes work well, dont jam, computers are easy to operate with fun graphics, there's plenty of seating, no smoking, GREAT food, awesome drink options at the bar, a few good arcade games, although pretty expensive, and Lazer tag cant be beat!! They also have specials certain nights ($2 shoes, bowling and lazer tag on tuesday nights for example) and during the summer, check out their website!! Cons, there's a security guard at the door, and an ID or a parent is required for entrance. So, a 15 year old or younger cant go here without a parent. No outside drinks are allowed. Like, seriously? Youre gonna go bowling for an hour or 2, and your choices are to buy their drinks, which are restaurant priced, or just go thirsty. My daughter had her Stanley cup with flavored water in it and was told to go put it back in the car by the security guard. Also, after either 9 or 10pm, (i cant remember which), the lights are turned off and neon lights, disco balls, and strobe lights come on. My daughter is epileptic. She had to cover her eyes and leave immediately, didnt get to finish her game even. There was no warning, signs, notice, nothing. Kind of...
Read moreMy wife and I decided to take our niece and nephew out bowling at Holiday biel for their birthday. They had a $10 flat fee special from 7-close for each person. Overall this is a great deal. The place was very clean and the bowling balls were kept in great shape. The lanes were clearly kept up and maintenance was perfoem d often. The keypad and scoring system were easy to follow. Food options are plenty and made to order. Nothing was really over priced. My only issues, and they are minor, are the placement of the bowling balls. They are in between each lane and this causes a lot of room issues as folks have to come and choose bowling balls and you have to move out of the way often to do so. Secondly a lot of the staff was about as warm as bread left on the counter. 😂 But then again having to work late on a Sunday night with a lot of loud folks and bowling pins being ok nicked down might not be conducive to a warm and sunny disposition. Overall enjoyed ourselves and the kids loved the time bowling. Though the old man had to show them how it was done....albeit done as in horrible but I...
Read moreI like the remodel it looks nice, but I had my daughter's bday party here as I thought it would be fun for her. The price was good, but the employees were kind of rude at first, they were pretty young so looked pass that. I asked if I needed to stay with my 13 year old daughter and her friends while there. The employee said no they were just fine. Anyway a while later my daughter calls me from the laundry mat next door saying that one of the employees at holiday bowl made her leave the property because she was too young to be there without a parent. I just don't understand how they would just make a 13 year old girl go out on the street like that. Especially after we just had her bday party there. My husband was furious and called to ask why they would do this the employee was so rude and disrespectful to my husband and didn't care about it at all. I will NEVER EVER go back here again, the way they trea Ted my daughter was unacceptable! I do not recommend this place to...
