I've tried for two months now to get my mail forwarded to my new address which is 5 hours away from Texarkana. I went in person once to the Texarkana, Texas USPS and submitted my forwarding request and showed my driver's licence to the clerk. After moving I received a card at the new address that said I had not verified my ID and no mail would be sent. I then went online and submitted the form that way. I paid $1.10 to verify my ID and waited. Nothing came. I called the 1-800 number for USPS and was given a case number but they had no record of anything. Wow, I only have a check and insurance cards that was mailed to me- that's all! ...

The last straw was when I ordered a book that was marked as delivered, but no one in the neighborhood has seen it—not even me. It feels like the carrier decided to keep it for themselves.
This inconsistency in service is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing considering how reliable our...
