Advance Auto Parts — Local services in Texas Township

I asked if I could receive a call when my brake pads come in . The guy said sure and that they will arrive at 3oclock today . So 5 olock came and no call . I tried calling several times and was put on hold . After 5 minutes I hung up cause I know I would get no service. So I decided to drive from NY to pick them up . The brake pads did not come in and I got no call . You guys need to be more professional and have better customer service. Don’t say 3pm today when it’s tomorrow. And don’t tell me your to busy to answer the phone when I already paid...

Well between getting bad new parts like water pumps power steering pump wheel cylinders caliper and pullies in the past, I feel a little on edge when getting parts . They are happy to replace the parts that are defective, however it doesn't cure the time lost from charges by the shop. I would try another place first as I have found the parts cheaper at other locations..with higher part satisfaction rate. This still doesn't deter me from going here..it's just hit and miss with bad parts..which...

Just wanna make sure everyone knows there’s a no return policy. Don’t let Them sell you on more than you actually need. When I asked to see where it says no returns I was told to go look by the door. When I saw nothing the cashier was gone. Then I asked someone to show me and they said they haven’t put up the new sign yet. What a joke, staff clearly don’t care about their customers and are completely fine with just making stuff up to get you...
