Remembered today why i never patronize this establishment.

The young boy sat us down quickly, it took the waitress possibly "tabitha?" (Question mark because she never actually introduced herself) 9 minutes to even ACKNOWLEDGE that we were sitting there. She said she'd be right with us and it took her a whole 4 more minutes to get to our table and get a drink order. The drinks took a bit to get to us, we ordered soups and my sons pizza while my husband figured out what to order. When we ordered we were told 3 different times after waiting over 30 minutes that the food would be right out.

My kids got there food - i guess that's the only positive- and we were told "just another minute " when we waited another 10 minutes and watched everyone around us get their meals we finally asked what was going on.. her response was "I'm not holding it hostage" we told her to get out check because that's just ridiculous..

I get the check and still Noone there to take the payment so I walk up and see her talking about us to the other waitress, I told her to take my payment and she proceeds to take it and instead of cashing me out, decides to take a phone order... and then wants to run her mouth to me about how food is cooked.

Common sense knows that it doesn't take 40 minutes to cook a MW steak.

Instead of apologizing or going into the kitchen to see what's happening, she chose to be unprofessional and talk about us and then shout that she's a human. Never once did we disrespect her, we simply asked what the hold up was.. to be answered with snobbyness and sarcasm.

Never again. Don't waste your time here.. shop local.. Arthur Ave, elegantes, kc peppers all better choices...

This passed week my bf and i were in town and decided we didnt want to cook and got pizza. Id already had a previous bad experiebce unrelated to service. But i put my differences aside and tried their pizza anyway. I had ordered a half eggplant and onion, half meat lovers. We got the pizza and immediately noticed my bfs side (meatlovers) was incorrect. But he didnt care as at that point we hadnt eaten all day and were starving. So we took it home anyway. We picked up the pizza at around 5 pm. We get home and start eating and immediately notice after eating half a slice the dough was completely raw. By 5:30 pm, we both felt sick and my bf started hurling. So i called the place at and they put me on hold to find the manager. After about a minute, the employee picks up the phone and says "im still trying to locate that manager for you" to which i said no problem. Another minute goes by and the same employee comes back on the phone and says "i cant find the manager and we're getting slammed right now so can you call back in an hour?" And i legit went "uh-" and he said "thanks" and hung up on me. So i wasnt even able to voice my concerns about the raw dough, never got an answer back after. And my bf and i ended up sick for 2 days. NEVER coming back here and will be telling everyone i know about this experience. Attatched is a picture of one of the most cooked slices. This was a slice of my boyfriends "meatlovers". If you can see on the left side thats...

Ordered over $100 of pizza tonight for my family. I ordered a small grandmas pizza and garlic knots for my self. I am born and raised in Staten Island NY and that is not a grandmas pizza! It’s not supposed to be hard and crispy. The first one I ordered was literally burnt as if they reheated something that was sitting on the counter all day! Had to drive back up to the restaurant to get another one which is still hard as a rock! Don’t call yourself Italian if you can’t make a grandmas pizza! Or call it something else like flat bread and crispy bread! It’s literally crunchy pizza! No bend or softness at all!! Hard hard crust, salty marinara and hard cheese does not give me the same feeling as a new York grandmas soft warm pizza. After coming home with the second pizza I realized I never got my garlic knots. Had to call in again to see if I paid for them and I DID! I had to drive back again up to the restaurant. I was told “sorry don’t know what happened to them”! I owned a restaurant in this town and I can tell you as an owner and manager I would have never allowed a customer to drive back up twice because of the establishments mess up! The owner, manager or one of my employees would of drove that out immediately. I was not offered a discount, money back, a coupon or any sense of urgency and after spending $100 I have nothing to eat! Horrible customer service and the quality of food has...

Got take out from here. The waiting time was a bit higher than initially told (about 40 minutes instead of the stated 20-25) but it’s still tolerable. It’s a busy place, after all, and for good reason. Even just waiting for our take out, the comfortable and cozy atmosphere paired with lots of friendly, smiling faces gave me a happy feeling. The food itself - classic American-Italian cuisine - ranges from pasta to pizza, and is not missing anything you’d expect. We also got wings, both of the bone-in and boneless variety, to go with our pizzas. Prices are a bit high but honestly, a personal pizza each is more than enough to satisfy. I wasn’t sure whether I want to rate Two Guys four stars because of high prices and very greasy wings and pizza or if the flavours win me over - but they did. In this area of the county, you probably can’t get a better tasting pizza. And it does taste phenomenally satisfying. Next time I’d forgo the wings and focus on pizza alone.

I've always had great food and exceptional service at Two Guys in Honesdale. I've tried several different items from their extensive menu, and everything is always great. Pictured here is Sausage and Peppers Over Spaghetti (from their Italian Lunch Specialties) along with a slice of Sicilian. The last time I'd been there I'd also enjoyed the music playing over their PA system.....70's music including "Lowdown" by Boz Scaggs, as well as "Babylon Sisters" by Steely Dan. It's always a great meal and dining experience at Two Guys From Italy! BUON APPETITO!!! 🇮🇹 😋🍕🍝🥖🍅
