The Terrace Shoppes — Local services in The Villages

This plaza is in charge of the pavement at the entrance of McDonalds . I dropped with new tires in the pot hole there and it cut side wall of my new 20 inch $ 100 tire. I have tried to contact owner of plaza to have a conversation with them about this area. I was told by Marion county and McDonalds its The Terrace Shoppes owners to take care of this Responsibility to fix that cross over in Mcdonalds parking lot . They keep patching it and it keeps opening back up . When going to that area you have to dodge that hole or you will be sorry and it will cost you extra money . And the loss of tires. I would appreciate the company to fix area once and for all . Rock it then Lay black top patch that expanse outward way past pothole. My family lives near by so that is our Mcdonalds that we use. I recently visited the shopping center in Summerfield, and I must say, it deserves a solid 5-star rating. The newly painted exterior gives it a modern and inviting look, creating a friendly atmosphere. The cleanliness and overall good condition of the center make shopping here a pleasure. The ambient music in the outdoor areas adds to a relaxed shopping experience. Additionally, the "Sweet Alps Ice Cream" homemade ice cream shop and "Campo Azul Mexican Kitchen" contribute greatly to the center's appeal. There are some good shops like a jewelry store, a medical supplies store and hospice thrift store. *There is also a strange little shop that has a lot of as seen on tv stuff, ha! Located on US Highway 441 South. The anchor store is Sam's St. John's Seafood Restaurant. The Center is situated across from two adult communities - Del Webb's Spruce Creek Country Club and Stonecrest, and a Wal-Mart Superstore.
