UPDATE, again! Sunday, July 27, 2025 - North Woodlands (Curbside) I'm not sure what has happened with the quality of items at this location. It's a continual disappointment. Perhaps it's management, 2 or 3 years ago this was an amazing location. Purchased apples and they were gashed, see pictures.
UPDATE, again: Tuesday, June 3, 2025 --North Woodlands
Just picked up my groceries at curbside. Ordered cinnamon rolls from the bakery, Kraft cheddar cheese and Nature's Own white wheat bread; among other items as well. Whoever sacked my groceries turned the cinnamon rolls sideways and all the icing went to the edge of the container, see pictures. The cheddar cheese expired last month and my white wheat bread looks burnt, along with missed items.
This is so frustrating to continuously have issues. There should be some type of quality control that H-E-B is pushing forward to their employees. đ
UPDATE: 4% upcharge for FREE curbside. And, their rotisserie chickens look horrible, I just picked this up at 2 pm today, 05/15/25 - pictures attached.
I have been a dedicated HEB customer for at least 20 years. Currently, the North Woodlands location, 5 years. I have continually requested one particular item and feel the buyer doesn't care. His name is Ron. I addressed it to Frank as well.
I've had several issues such as expired products, bad bakery items, rotten produce items, curbside issues, and melted slimy ice cream containers. I'm not sure what's happening with this HEB!
Why do the prices keep climbing?? A 3% charge for the "FREE" curbside went up to 4%. Continual increases!
I guess with a revenue of $47.6 BILLION isn't enough, which was actually a $4.7 BILLION increase from the year before (2023). I understand you're a business, but...
   Read moreI love HEB! However why did I feel trapped by the non HEB sales person at the door preaching at me about how I need a new roof. I was joyfully walking to HEB on my lunch break and excited to choose one of the amazing premade meal options. As I approached the door and it opens an eager young sales person approaches full of questions that they happen to have all the perfectly curated answers for. I with my natural golden retriever personality responded kindly. I politely asked for a business card and instantly I am met with more sales pitch. I wait patiently and respond with can I have your business card. Which in response I get more questions that this fine young sales person happens to have all the answers for. Now Iâm annoyed at myself for allowing this interaction to have even started. âHow am I standing here now frustrated and unsure of what I even want to eatâ. Finally out of frustration I tell the nice but unaware salesperson Iâm done. Ugh.. Iâm finally free. Still frustrated at myself for not ignoring the salespeople like we all should. Iâm left wanting to get away which leads me right past all the premade food options which happen to be right by the sales table. F!

   Read moreI bought 3 gallons of milk here and they were all supposed to expire on the 15th and all three were rotten. I called the following day to exchange the milk and I was told that they had opened at 8 to return the stuff then which wasn't true. So i got there at 8Am and went to return the stuff and they were still closed. I asked an employee who had been talking to other employees giggling and ignored all customers what time does the service center open and she told me 9Am so I came back at 9Am and I called to make sure that they were going to be open a man answered the phone and said no they are not open I said sir but it is 9:01 he said yes it is open so I went inside the store and the service center was still closed. I stood there for at least 20 minutes while employees stared at me and did nothing so I called the store a employee went to pick up the phone so I said ma'am I'm literally the lady standing behind you I have been standing here for 20 minutes and have been ignored when is the service center going to be open I had asked for a manager twice but got ignored I finally got the chance to return the milk however I will never shop at the store ever again.
