So as I begin to pull up, I guess the lady the light skinned girl look like she might've been mixed. I don't know she had a long ponytail. I guess she could not hear me so I will try to repeat myself and each time she was like tell me the wrong thing something that I didn't say, and I would have to get louder with her. I had to do that twice out of the three times that she asked me different questions about the food in my order as I begin to pull up another young lady that was kind of tall, dark skin, young black lady. She opened up the window and asked me what did I have and before I can even say anything, she start reciting my order back and she did. I told her no ma'am easy lettuce she step back and looked at the other girl that was on the receiving of the phone and says she said easy , not no letters and a lot. Another lady walked up she was standing about 6362. I believe she was a woman, but her boys changed to a man and before they open up the window again she asked the other lady what's up and she she said, and then she opened up the window and looked at me and said what's up and I said huh she said it again what's up and then turn the head and start looking like she was changing out the cash register so I said there a minute which I thought that was very rude who comes to a window and say what's up I didn't have a attitude at the back when I was ordering my food. I really wanted some burgers from Burger King. I did not have a attitude. I was just trying to let her hear me by trying to speak, louder into the microphone and as I pulled up, they had an attitude, the two young ladies that probably in their early 20s or maybe 19 1820 years old was very rude. Very ghetto and I was not expecting to have that type of ghetto in the witness. Also the woman/man that was standing there and asked me what's up twice. Look like she was a manager very unprofessional. I have tried to call the 1866 number for Burger King to make a complaint and it does not work so I'm needing some help to try to figure out who I need to talk to about that Burger King that is off of College Park Dr. right on the right side of Walmart that is not a good place to go very ghetto very ratchet very unprofessional and whoever that manager is to you to walk up to a window and say what's up is very unprofessional Burger King...
Read moreI just came through this location. Had the most terrifying worst service ever. The manager, the lady who also answered through the drive-through is extremely RUDE and PROFESSIONAL. She said her name is Mary and she’s the manager. If the owner or reading these messages, you have a problem with that manager, and it is really bad. I place an order on the app and there were three items that she said she does not have in stock so I said that’s fine then what can we do and she said she can’t do anything for me I said what do you mean can I just have my refund then she said that’s a third-party Company that I placed a order on and she has nothing to do with it so she can’t help me. Then begin to say ma’am what do you want me to do? What would you like? I said I have no choice but then take the food. I guess in contact the app which is Burger King. I pull up and she said ma’am I decided I’m not gonna serve you today and closes the window! OMG! She just made the situation worse now at this point I’m really upset. I began to videotape the situation. The lady behind me is now honking her horn because she wants me to move. And the manager won’t come back to make the situation better. I’m out $30 with no way to fix the situation and no food. This is the worst experience ever. I paid money upfront and received an attitude and no food and I’m just basically SOL according...
Read moreNo need to post details of the food, the drive thru is extremely slow.... ... actually, EVERY Burgerking is extremely slow during lunchtime. I understand it is the rush hour for lunch and over here at burgerKing they are cooking to order. But, if that is the case for justification for moving slow, then the drive thru is not the way to go. It took about 40 plus minutes just to get to the window AFTER my CO worker and I ordered. If our lunch break had been only 30 minutes, we would have been late and probably wrote up. It is one thing to cook to order, but it is another thing when people are moving slow anyways, even AFTER the meat party is already cooked. Instead of being labeled "fastfood"... ... how about being titled or labeled, "Slow-Poke- Rodriguez",....(the slowest mouse in all of Mejico)... "ORALE"..... I guess that is the risk I have to take.... just to receive decently hot, quality food in America these days... .... because 30 minute lunch breaks from Gulf Coast (CHR) in Houston is not going to make it. At least over on this side, at the Lexington plant, near the woodlands, we received a 1- hour lunch break... But, in all this, there is no problem...
