So I have wanted to stop by this gem for what seems like ages! But FINALLY construction has eased up on this section of FM 1488! Praise the Lord! So tonight I finally made my way here and I am sooooooo glad I did!

First of all - this is one of those unique places that just makes you say, “hey! I know a place we should go!” or “I know exactly where you should go pick up _!” This is where you wanna take that certain someone for the last stop of a great date, or your precious little person for something so unique. Grab a one of a kind (edible) gift for someone that you wanna make sure knows they’re super duper special.

The staff are so kind, ready to answer any questions, make suggestions and let you sample away at some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The location is so special - there’s thought put into every detail from the cute rolling cart of kid-appropriate games, to the photo-op complete with macaroon stool! It’s whimsical, it’s fun, fresh & one-of-a-kind.

I grabbed the chocolate Oreo ice cream in a pint ($10.50 and worth every penny!). It’s loaded with fresh Oreos and you can take the quality of the ingredients and just how fresh and handmade it truly is - spectacular! I was torn because they have some of my favorite flavors that are almost impossible to find - lavender chamomile, blueberry crumble, (real) vanilla bean, mangonada…and so many more. All in small batches. Then I decided on a chocolate chip cookie & an almond cookie. I devoured half the almond cookie in about half a mile. The cookies are dense and wonderful. They melt in your mouth. I didn’t try the macaroons this evening (I knowwwwwww, I knowwwww…what kinda psychopath?!?! I told me the same thing) but they are truly authentic and the variety and selection are like no other.

Definitely put this on your next stop with family, friends, your broke besties, or like me - just wilin’ out...

I can't believe I've never tried Luliet before. It's right by my work place and I was craving cookies so I finally decided to stop by and I couldn't be more ecstatic.

I tried their Cowboy Cookie packed with coconut, chocolate and pecans and my craving was 100% satisfied. It had all my favorite flavors. They have every kind of sweet tooth delicacy all made in-house or at their Spring location (the ice-creams). There are macarons, ice-cream, brownies, cookies, and even coffee and matcha. So many flavors you can choose from and many of them so unique that you won't find it at other places.

Barbara & Maya were super friendly and helpful with my order and answered my questions as well as providing any additional information regarding this business.

I highly recommend Luliet to all locals and visitors. This is a fantastic option for satisfying your sweet tooth especially if you like supporting local businesses! My only regret is that I hadn't come in sooner but I'll definitely be back :D

Extra info: Tons of free parking outside. Their restroom is clean. They have seating indoors as well as games to play if you're trying to hangout while you eat your treats. Pets are not allowed inside. They do catering. Download the app or sign-up to receive rewards. Wheelchair accessible via a ramp and they also have outdoor seating for your...

I usually have a warm and welcoming experience at both locations when I come by weekly to purchase ice cream, tres leches or cookies. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience today at the Conroe location.

The two women working seemed annoyed since they were chatting, on their phones, and sitting down at the register as I walked in. As soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted with a hello or a smile but informed that my small service dog couldn’t come in unless he’s a service dog. She didn’t ask, which he is a service dog but assumed that he wasn’t. It’s not what you say to a customer, it’s how you say it.

They didn’t even know what the weekly special was when I mentioned it. Upon paying the lady that took payment, looked back at the lady that took my order to let her know that I didn’t tip. I tip 20% or more each time I order ice cream but I didn’t this time around because of the service and I told them why I didn’t.

Even though, I love Luliet ice cream and has always had a positive experience in the past and have been a loyal customer since relocating to Texas, this negative experience ruined me wanting to spend money at the Conroe location. The staff working today at 4pm definitely needs more training on being professional and providing great...
