In the 45 minute period that I spend with Jarod, I learned more about cell phone operations and tower configurations then I have in the last six months that I’ve been trying to work with my current carrier. I greatly appreciate his candor along with clear straight options for going forward. I am currently trying Verizons system, in hopes of getting better call quality, reliability, and access to data that I currently pay $3600.00 per year for and only have access to a properly operating system 65% of the time. I am hopeful that given my current address that Verizon will be able to fill the void that my present carrier has dropped miserably, and sadly has no solution except for my purchasing additional equipment to allow access to V.O.P. Which they block and Verizon provide to there customers at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised by this gentleman’s honesty and transparency.
