The food was great as always.

My only complaint is that the cook

1. handles the buns bare handed
2. handles money and doest wash hands after before he handles the next bun barehanded!!!
3. uses the same utensil to put on onions and relish without rinsing it in between. (Cross contamination)
4. wipes hands on dirty apron and continues handling buns bare handed

All of these actions are sooo against safe food handling guidelines and could cause someone...

This is a quintessential American roadside hot dog place. They cook their hot dogs in peanut oil and have a good number of configurations as to toppings (chili dog, bacon dog, cowboy dog, etc.).
