The whole experience: The product I received was drastically far from the displayed product that I inspected and agreed upon & It was immediately inherently evident upon the first sight of the initial opening of the product , therefore deservingly I promptly called them and politely inquired on the availability of either a refund or swapping for a different product while also stating the product hadn’t been touched and it was evident. •They refused both a refund or product swap out. •Did not act surprised or even concerned about what was deeming their product unacceptable. ⭐️Offered me 5 Whole Dollars off of my next purchase as if the idea of me ever bringing my business back to their shop had a possibility of occurring. (Which gladly would have if met with honest business dealings) This outfit is run by careless con-men sheister’s & has zero concern for customer satisfaction nor the health risk they impose on the public with the unnatural chemical ridden products they Sell under false pretenses.
