UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I went to get my water damaged phone fixed. Charged me $180, returned with the back broken and camera. When I asked them about it they said “We had to break the back to fix it. I already did you a favor, your phone works”. I asked if they could fix the back for free at least, since they broke it. Guy said he wasn’t going to deal with me. He proceeded to give me the money back, my sims card and said “to come back in an hour for my unfixed phone”. I told him to just keep the money and give me my phone. He couldn’t accept he was wrong. Favor? That favor cost me $180 and you still wanted to complain for something you did. Never again! DON’T take your phone to get fixed, because it will come back with another problem and they won’t fixed...

This store will steal parts off your phone and mess up your phone and then try to buy it from you I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max in to them the damage my screen ask me that I have insurance also put my phone back together told me it couldn’t be fixed what did I ask me what I want to do try to buy from me then when I said no I took it down the street to another cell phone place and I was told that my camera and mic was missing off the phone I had to go back to the king and ask them to give me my camera and phone Mike back also they didn’t put any screws back in my phone and they messed of screen up this is what happened to me there’s Shystie...

My friend referred me to them, took me up there. They was very nice. It was fast took only 30 minutes and the cost was not expensive at all for a iPhone SE thought that was a great price. I didn’t even have to use my insurance and do my deductible which is way more than how much it cost to get the phone fixed here at this place but and he also threw in screen protector, so I don’t have to worry about my phone, falling on the ground again and getting cracked so yeah, I will be going ihere again if I ever have any future issues with anything and I will also tell friends and family about this place.
