THis place will rip you out of your money .the lady so called manager so called owner.im just really trying to understand how are you a OWNER and ripping PAYING CUSTOMERS OFF . I came Here on 9-29-2018 and me and a few girl friends order drinks we seen they had HOOKAH i asked How much they said 60 a HOUR i purchase give young lady tip. She bring HOOKAH to us NO MOUTH PIECES WHAT SO EVER . The young lady proceed to tell me she washed off the hose really good i Tell her if you guys don’t have no mouth piece how are u letting random different people smoke off this hookah with there mouth and NO MOUTH PIECES and HOW ARE U SELLING HOOKAH IN THIS Establishment with no mouth pieces she couldn’t answer me . so i asked For a refund the manager lady slash owner Kept dodging us everytime we told one of the staff to get her she wouldn’t come but she told one of the staff to tell us she was gonna come over and get the hookah and give us a refund but never return MY MONEY and then told us we had the hookah for 30 minutes and that she was not GIVINg me a refund then proceeded to tell me that we smoked the hookah.i told her how could we smoke a HOOKAH WITH NO MOUTH PIECEs I ASKED HER YOU DONT THINK THAT DISGUSTING and why do you think we keep asking for the mouth pieces.Then i just left but i would Never spend a dollar in that place. The lady manager slash owner has the nastiest attitude. I have NEVER MET A WOMAN LIKE THAT with such UGLY CHARACTER and BAD CUSTOMER service and cheat PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY. And expect somebody to come back. I Advise you guys slr bar is the worst BAR I HAVE EVER BEEN To. So basically we left the hookah sitting and just left because She FEELS LIKE SHE CAN TALK AND TREAT PEOPLE ANYKIND OF way and PLUS SHE CHEATED ME OUT OF MONEY.Also they are MAKING ANY PRICES UP THEY TOLD ME 60 dollars to smoke hookah but told another girl 45 and even when that happen i DIDNT EVEN SAY NOTHING about them over charging ME I was just Really tryna show my friends A GOOD TIME BUT I DEFENTILY REGREAT gOING TO SLR BAR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.THIS...

Not a pleasant place the lady slash owner very Rude and ignorant.... hookah had no mouthpieces how unsanitary And wouldnt return money they told me they washed the hookah hose off real good and Expected me to put my mouth on it without no mouthpieces. Worst place I've been in a long time. I won't ever go back best part of the night was the food chicken and fries were on point. Drink were high in price music was provided by the cable station on tv and it was placed on rap for a young crowd and the party was for women's 60th birthday. When asking the young woman behind the bar if we can have another choice of music she said they weren't allow to change the channel/ station. And they had to close at 12pm .
