Hot Spot — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Have you ever been in a situation? Where you ask your significant other… “ what do you want to eat?” And they respond with “I don’t care just pick something.” Well that was the case with hotspot on Halsted. When I pulled up, I knew that it was a typical traditional food spot so I came in with the mindset of let me try something super traditional, so I looked at the menu and something peaked my interest, and it was the Mexican style hotdog, I wish I had a picture to show, but I devoured it so fast that I don’t think I had enough time to take it. It was so delicious My Wife ordered the burger and she enjoyed it thoroughly as for service. I do have to say it was better than I expected, and by My Wife being bilingual it made it super easy to order to get the service proper service. I definitely will stop by and grab the same thing I had before and maybe try something else...

I’ve been to multiple places for food but nothing can compare to hotspot. Had a gyro today and all the flavors were delicious! Def was super happy with my decision, especially when I bought a gyro from a different place and was disappointed. All their food is fresh, family owned and their gyro sauce is made from scratch 💚 as well as other sauces like the BBQ. They also have have the chicken pita. They add Mexican green salsa, and very filling 😋😋 their fries are made fresh, cut daily and are one of the few places that has the skin...

Awesome amazing service the food was delightful and freshly cooked the food was nice and hot as well I had the Italian beef meal the beef was delicious the fries was nice and crispy my mom had the patty melt omg that patty was the bomb my sister had the hot wings which I didn’t get a chance to try she also had a grilled chicken sandwich I was able to get a bite of that and it was the bomb ok so definitely swing by hot spot for a fresh hot meal u won’t be disappointed this will be and my family new go to spot...
