I had been coming to this store for years up to this point. In the last year or so I literally had been buying the same thing whenever I'd shop there which would be about every 1 to 2 months. I found out that they had been overcharging me for the product that I get only, literally NOTHING else. So I called and spoke to Jeremy about the situation and told him I'd be to there with proof. Went up there with proof(because this product's price changes from time to time I had proof of the specific price I was overcharged for from older product that I still had) AND receipts. I showed this to Jeremy and he tried to say that because the dollar amount was exact but the change amount was different, I must've bought something else. I told him that I only get the same thing every time I come and what could I had bought that you sell for 30 some odd cents that would indicate that I bought something else. I told him the problem is in your associate's arithmetic and their understanding of using a calculator. He still refused my refund, with the receipt. Shortly after I returned to the store on another day to buy the same product I get every time, and as I'm being checked out I told this associate that I wanted to make sure the price was correct because of what had happened. He literally said "well I had been trained to charge people the same price no matter the difference, but the person that trained me is not here anymore, so I apologize. Ok. So fast forward, went back another day to get the same product and encountered Jeremy again to which when the situation came up I told him "your own employee admitted to me that he was overcharging me", to his disbelief. I just left. So I go in there and the same employee that admitted to me his mistake tried to "give me a discount" and because I wasn't accepting of it started talking shit about I should shop at another stupid. When I told him why I was upset because you all haven't respected me as a customer nor as a man by implying that I'm making all this up just to pilfer some coins from you and that he actually admitted to me that he was overcharging me, this narcissist bold faced lied and said that it didn't happen. These people have some serious nerve. First you insult my character to say I'm trying to pilfer change from you like I'm some crackhead, then you insult me more by "offering " me a discount when you should respected my plight in the first place and refunded my money, but then you bold faced lie to me about you being the sole cause of this situation because you were trained wrong and don't know how to use a calculator. Some nerve with these narcissists that have delusions...

This place is as Gucci as it gets. If you like to smoke your Tobacco out of all different kinds of glass shaped devices Trendsetters has an enormous variety. I've been a customer for roughly 15 years. If you like to weigh your Tobacco, or hide it from your kids, or if you have been around people that have been smoking Mary Jane. This is the store that will accommodate all of your needs and then some. Also the staff is very helpful immediately after you walk in. Tell them what you're looking for (just dont be an idiot the way you say what you your looking for) and they will show you a wide variety of choices. Not that they would ever be upset by the way you say what you want; I just never would out of common sense/curtoursey. Explain what you want without being stupid and theyll know. ex. Needed a scale today and I personally would say I'm looking to weigh some jewelry. Now they would ask if you need it for weighing to the .1, .12, or 3.255. Place got it down on...

They have THE BEST candles for eliminating smoke. My husband is a smoker & I'm not, so sometimes I walk into my house & all I can smell is smoke. These candles are amazing. They don't just mask the smoke like some candles. For example, I bought a regular candle that said ocean breeze, but when I lit it, it just smelled like smoky ocean breeze.
