Strikes & Bites Bowl — Local services in Thornton Township

I decided to cap off a fun day in Chicago by going bowling at this spot and I am glad we did. It was a hit and my wife loved it. We had seen the buzz online and the place did not disappoint.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear the new owners put some serious work into this spot. The atmosphere on a Thursday night was lively and inviting. I saw birthday parties, couples on date night, and groups of friends all having a blast. The owner himself was walking around, checking in with folks and making sure everyone was doing okay.

The food smelled great (we didn’t eat, but what we saw looked tempting). New TVs, a great sound system, and new lighting show they are really investing in the place. Big props for the music choice too. Clean tracks with no swearing made the vibe more comfortable for all ages.

We will definitely be back, and next time we will bring family and friends. Gotta mention it is a Black owned...

I am so excited for the black owned bowling alley here in Lansing! Me and family stopped by to bowl a couple of games before they got busy.
