I can totally see why this Taco Bell has a 2 star rating. My kids love Taco Bell so I support this local one because I live in Lansing, however, I will take the drive next time to go to Calumet City. As a customer service manager and hiring manager the whole crew that worked on 2/26/2025 at 2:49pm should be coached and/or disciplined. Very dry attitude at the window and when asked to speak with a manager I was told there wasn’t one; just an overall terrible experience. There was no one behind me in line and because I got cut off at the window by a quick ending, so I simply drove to the window and asked can I just add a drink. The young lady expressed no… we don’t do add ons at the window. Again, there was no one in front of me, behind me, next to me, or inside… poor customer service. I asked her you want me to drive around again just for the drink? She said yes, drier than the Sahara dessert. On top of that I just spent $40 at this restaurant. Will NOT be recommending this Taco Bell to anyone. No wonder why this locations rating is so low and it’s always empty… do better...
Read moreI was trying to take an order around 2 o’clock for my lunch break and oh nice young lady was talking to me on the intercom until a rude young lady started getting into the conversation asking me what do I want and am I almost done completely rude trying to rush me with my order. I asked for one minute and not even a minute was given to me. They asked me after I said one minute what did I need or what do I want very disrespectfully can’t wait to call and ask for corporate number this needs to be handled very well by firing. All those employees don’t like to do their job and their shift. Very ghetto. Hope they can have more people like the girl that took my first order instead of the Disrespectfully young lady got into the conversation, trying to rush me through my order when the other young lady that was very nice and calm had it very well. I hope this can help people not to deal with the ignorance that I dealt...
Read morePlaced a mobile order then get to the location in the mobile order drive through , I tell the lady what i’m here for she proceeds to dismiss what I said and proceeds to say “now what happen “ so I proceed to the drive thru because I’m assuming there is miscommunication, when i pull up to the window she tells me they don’t have beef and I would have to wait 25 min , so to get clarification i asked a simple question she answered with an attitude while im still maintaining professional courtesy and calling her ma’am … so I pull out to the front waiting she walks to my car and thinks she’s educating me on the front of the store cause she had to walk and it was cold so I apologize and I then ask her for her name she walks off … Very Inviting customer service (sarcasm) . Do better with screening of workers ....
