This location is normally not too bad, but tonight was a pretty terrible experience. I placed my order at 9:30 PM and did not leave with my order until 10:30 PM. I placed my order through the app. I arrived around 9:35 PM and had 4 cars ahead of me to the speaker, not sure how many ahead of that car, but line was backed up to that point. I was in line for quite a long time, but they were obviously busy so that's understandable. However, once I reached the window, I was asked to park in a handicap spot and that they'd bring it out. I waited quite a long time again and after I saw someone that got there after I was told to park leave with her order, I got out, but door was locked as it was about 10:20 PM at this point. There was a worker clearing off a table near the window (she had waist length blonde boho braids) and I tried to tell her I had been waiting a while and she just kept saying to go in the drive thru and while I tried telling her I did already, she ignored me and walked off. I tried calling prior to that, but the phone doesn't work. I started to walk toward the back where it sounded like someone was maybe taking out trash when an employee I assume was taking a break in their car said doordash has to go through drive thru. I explained I wasn't doordash and had an online order I already went through drive thru for. She asked if my name was M____ and I confirmed yes. She got out of her vehicle, got the girl that ignored me to open the door, and said who I was and how ive been waiting 30 mins. She then told me I could go in and wait. Once I got in, I tried explaining to the employee that ignored me that I was trying to tell her through the window I already went through drive thru (there was still a long line so I didnt want to wait again since it wasn't really moving) and she again ignored me. Someone behind the counter loudly said who let her in? I tried explaining i had been waiting a while for my online order and said my name. The employee in there in a dark shirt was advising one of the employees working the front that shes telling someone how they were all acting tonight. It still took about 10 mins to get my order. I felt uncomfortable. I've worked fast food before, I try to be understanding and am not rude despite being treated rudely. I was offered 2 free pies for my wait but I hope you speak with staff about speed of service...
Read moreI went to the store and ordered six chicken sandwiches no pickles and a 10 tender box. I had to wait for my food for 20 minutes. When I got home to eat my food three of the chicken sandwiches had pickles and the chicken breading was soft and off the chicken. individuals bit off their chicken sandwiches and threw them away because they was nasty. I took one chicken sandwich up there as evidence. I explain to them that this is my third time bringing a chicken sandwich back because there is no sauce and the chicken breading is not crispy and it’s wet. Multiple occasions I’ve tried to explain to them that the reason the chicken Breading is soft is because they are pre-cooking the sandwiches. Multiple occasions I’ve tried to explain to them that the reason the chicken sandwich breading is soft and not crispy is because they are pre-making the sandwiches and putting them in The aluminum wrapper and sitting them under the heat lamp where they can just grab them and put them in a bag. They are not making them fresh at this location they are pre-making them, having them sitting there sweating under a heat lamp and then give them to customers. This is my third time I’ve had to go back to that location complaining about my order. This particular time when I went back up there with the chicken sandwich in hand, I explain to them that two other chicken sandwiches were messed up as well but The individuals who sandwiches they were threw them away. I was informed by the manager that I shouldn’t have thrown them away and I should have got them out the garbage what’s up what’s up. I explained to him that this is my third time having to come up here to complain about the sandwiches and he told me there was nothing he could do it if I wanted the chicken chicken sandwiches replaced I would have to buy them which I did. Read moreSo, we decided to stop by Popeyes to grab some sandwiches for my son. When we ordered them there didn't seem like there would be a delay UNTIL we asked for them to be plain. The voice over the box said that there would be a seven minute wait...a few seconds later, he told us that it would be an eleven minute wait. We agreed to the wait. He asked us to proceed and we did. At the window, there were two cashiers, both wearing a mask but not on their races, but on their chins. The young lady who took our card, disappeared with it for several minutes. When she returned, she asked us to wait in the parking lot. Forthy minutes later, we're still waiting for our food. After sitting in 96 degree weather, my husband went to the door. The person at the door, approached us with her mask on her chin to tell us that we would have to wait a little while longer. Sensing our frustration, they offered us a side for our wait. I accepted it and continued to wait. After another 10 minutes, she arrived with our food. We asked for our drink. She accused us of receiving it, during our wait and trying to get another for free. Smh...during our wait, we watched an employee sit at the pop dispensary, drink from her cup and refill(ed) it several times while eating and licking her fingers. Only been there twice and do not plan to return. Horrible...it's too hot for...
