This afternoon my friend an I went to check out a the Boutique. As we entered, we could hear the woman having a conversation about one of them that just had a colonoscopy and how the lady didn’t look like she was fifty. We looked at a few items and walked around a little bit until I saw a dress behind the counter that caught my eye. The women continued to talk. I told my friend, “ As much as I like that dress, I was ready to leave.” “They’ve never acknowledged our presence and it appears that we wouldn’t be missed as we headed for the door. My wife and I decided to check out the boutique after purchasing a sandwich from DNY Deli to support small businesses. The owner/worker made me feel so uncomfortable. She was not welcoming at all to me and my wife. She did insist on taking care of her wonderful customer that was there and not acknowledging our presence until we were ready to purchase. She appeared a little strange when we handed her the items as if she was trying her best not to make contact with us as if we had a disease or something lol. Went to boutique today with a friend. We were not greeted or acknowledged during our time in there (about 7 minutes). I recognized 1 of 3 ladies there from prior visits as an employee.
