Usually I never leave reviews but the “General manager” who came out and was unbelievably rude to us was such a bad experience. We drove 3 hours to do the blessing of the fleet event and we instructed to park next to their location just for the guy to come out and treat us with such disrespect. As a business owner I’m shocked and especially because the event coordinator said it wasn’t even their property as we were instructed to park there days prior to the event. A simple “Can we try to figure something else out” rather than having the worst attitude and such a mean demeanor over us following instructions would’ve made this trip a lot more enjoyable. I stopped in today to get some 30W reels spooled up but the general manager, Mike, informed me they were not staffed to spool reels.

Instead of turning me down though, Mike went out of his way to get me taken care of. Beyond that, he was very informative in helping me select two rods to pair.
