Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Tiffin

Service in general was poor. The young lady at the front desk acted like she could care less to be there. She seated my son and I at a table that wasn’t even cleaned off and walked away. After trying to move to another table and realizing that table wasn’t cleaned either, I had to ask a young man (in the take out area) that was just standing there watching me if he could please clean off the table that we were initially seated at. I left my son, who is 11, at the table while I went to the restroom to come back to find the table soaking wet from him washing the table off. I looked around for a staff member to get some napkins to dry the table off and ended up going to the front entrance and getting silverware that had napkins wrapping them up. I used the napkins to dry the table off. On a good note...once our food was ordered it came out rather quickly and did taste pretty good. Typically the wings seem to be under cooked and rubbery, but these were a bit crispy and cooked. The waitress only came back one time to see how things were and that was when we were about ready to leave. I ended up having to grab a manager to see if we could get a to go box and the bill because our waitress was ignoring the fact that we were there. First time at BWs to watch NFL Sunday Ticket. At 1:00, two hours after the doors had opened, it was clear that the restaurant had not been cleaned the previous evening. Our waiter took our order timely, but I noticed he struggled to complete tasks, like bussing the two tables to my left. After 30 minutes, the tables were still not cleaned, or wiped properly, yet the hostess seated a party of 3 at one of the previously mentioned unclean tables! I promptly informed the unfortunate party their table was unclean, and pointed to the obvious debris of chicken on the floor at their feet. She then requested the server wipe off the table. I then asked to speak to the manager. Woody came to my table, I explained how dirty the restaurant was, though clearly not busy and overstaffed, and explained my concern that a party has been seated at a table that had not been properly sanitized, and that the table behind that one was prepped for service, and that had not been sanitized, or even wiped! Woody, the manager, seemed unconcerned, even as I pointed to the chicken remains on the floor. A zero star rating is appropriate, as hygiene should be any restaurant's number...

Not one to write reviews, but this was honestly the most terrible and stressful dining experience my significant other and I have ever had. We ordered our drinks, appetizer, and main dish at the same time. After a while we got our main dish but not even our drinks. Waitress had to ask us how to make the drink of the month and it still came out wrong AND after 30-40 minutes of being there. Appetizer also didn’t come out until after the main dish. Would have been better to have not even gotten the appetizer because it came out cold. We were told that the kitchen didn’t make it but it was obviously forgotten or not cooked fully because it was cold when it came out several minutes after our dinner was brought out. The main dish was sloppy and there was barely any sauce on the wings. The drinks were not made right and were watered down. I throughly believe there wasn’t even tequila in my margarita. All in all, the worst experience I’ve ever had. Service and food quality was terrible. I will NEVER eat this restaurant again, nor recommend anyone to eat...
