This is the worst place I've ever shopped at in my life (not over exaggerating). First of all, the dress I ordered didn't come as expected. It was waaaay too tight, even though the lady (owner) said it was going to fit me just right. The color wasn't even the same as the one shown to me in the book! Not only was it a different color, or the wrong size, but the slip (that she picked up off the floor, which belonged to someone else) was torn as well. She couldn't even show me how to put the dress on properly, that's tacky. That day she acted like she didn't care about how horrible the dress looked, and didn't even care about fixing it. All of this happened on my prom day by the way. The lady was too busy focusing on someone else that she couldn't even show a little concern. Me and my mom/sister was left there trying to figure out how to make things better, but there was no hope. This was one of the worst days of my life, because I was looking forward to my first prom. It was supposed to be an exciting and cheerful day for me, but all of that was turned upside down after I walked inside that store. This will stick with me for the rest of my life. Because of all this, I had to wear my older sisters prom dress. At first I didn't even want to go to the prom anymore, because I was horrified/stressed out about what I went through that day. The owner didn't even want to give my mom a refund. This lady is heartless. I couldn't even get an apology. She robbed me of what was supposed to be a joyous day for me, but it was the complete opposite. It was a nightmare.That was my first and only prom (because I was a senior) so it's not like I could've done everything over. If I coud I would. Please take my word and never step foot in that store. I would hate for you to go through the same thing I went through. She'll be nice and attentive to you while she's trying to sell a dress etc. to you, but after you pay for your items, she's a totally different person. Some people aren't meant to run a business. She's one of them. Please...

My mother and I decided to go in and browse bridesmaid dresses and MOB dresses after looking on their website and seeing they carried the line of dresses I was interested in because it’s easier to see what it looks like in person.. when we entered we saw the one rack of dresses they had and began to look at what we could through the clutter they had in the room. We did our best to look at the selection they had to offer and had pulled 1-2 dresses we liked and put to the side to come back to when one of the workers came up and asked if we needed assistance to which I said “I’m just looking to see what dresses you have to offer, but thank you” & she proceeded to go get someone else to help us.. then the owner came by and said “I’ll be back to help you”... after a few minutes of us still browsing the rack she came up and asked what I was looking for and I told her “I’ve gotten my dress and I’m just browsing to see the different styles and colors of bridesmaid dresses you offer because I haven’t chosen a style yet” and she smirked and said “well did you make an appointment to look” and I said no because I hadn’t seen where you had to make an appointment to walk in the store and browse.. she smirked again & said with attitude “well you just need to get them where you got your dress from then, thanks for coming” and began to grab the dresses we had looked at, when I went to give the dress back to her she grabbed it & said “I’ll clean this mess up” as if we had made the mess and we had only moved 1-2 dresses, the mess was there before we walked in. We walked out and guaranteed we wouldn’t go back. I would not recommend anyone...

Though they have a wide range of dress sizes, colors, and models, their form of organization lacks structure. The place itself is so small and crowded, there is no way to look at all the dresses there! The staff is often so busy they aren’t able to care for all of their customers. At one point I waited for more then 10 minutes to get $1 worth of change back. Which brings me to my next point, they seem to not be prepared. I would like to thank one person on staff, Devin, I believe is his name, as he was the only one who was actually helpful and personal. He has great customer service skills, and is an examplerary staff member. I had to get alterations done but they (the boutique) tends to bite off more than they can chew so to speak. They take on way too many clients then they need to and can handle and can’t get the dress done with atleast 1 week in advance to the event. They need to learn their limits to be able to give their current clients the attention they deserve and need. Most of the time when I was there I felt very neglected. Sure doesn’t feel like a welcoming place. The only reason they didnt get 1 star from me is because ultimately they had the dress I wanted and Devin was such a nice guy. They should definitely give him some...
