THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! If there is a way to give this place ZERO STARS I would. I just bought something from them and within a day or two the product started leaking water. I figured if something was wrong with the product they would just trade it out but not only do they not do that but there are no returns on anything. I bought a second one and the same thing happened. Then , the girlfriend I went there with the same thing happened. Obviously the product is defective if it happened to me twice and it happened to my girlfriend once .I called them because this has happened to me twice in less than a week. I'm still waiting for a phone call to see what they're going to do about it. Well they never called so I had to call them. They didn't call me because they're not doing anything about it. I finally called them again and they were basically just blowing me off saying that we're going to talk to the owner when in reality they were doing nothing. I confronted the manager on the phone because he was giving me a runaround for the past week. When I finally talked to him again, for the third time and he was saying he had to talk to the owner. I said so basically you're going to do nothing and he said you're righ. He was just leading me on thinking that they were going to do something about it but they didn't. The product was DEFECTIVE because it happened to 2 of them and I just found ouch that the girlfriend I went there with had the same thing happened to hers, which was leaking water, as well. With that being said, I would not recommend buying here because if something's wrong with the product you're stuck with it no matter what. Make sure you try the product before you buy it because they're not going to give you your money back no matter what!!!! THATS A BUNCH OF BS!!!!! I went somewhere else and I found an even better product and it was way cheaper than the two products I bought there. If the product is defective they should do something about it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! It's not worth your money especially if the product is defective. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Also, their customer service is ridiculous. They just do not care about anything except taking...

I just want to say this is hands down the best vape shop I have ever been to in my life. I went in there after moving to the area and Anthony set me up with the best vape juice I have ever had in existence ever like hands down the best vape juice I have ever had. He set me up with the Heisenberg blue slushie and it is literally the best flavor I have ever tasted out of a vape ever. I've been going to Smokers Haven for 5 years now vaping and will never go back there again after my experiences with this store and Anthony himself is very well educated, very personable and just straight up the most honest human being I have ever met. If you're in the Tilton area hit up this store for your Vape needs and ask for Anthony. If I could give 30 Stars instead of five because of my experience with Anthony I totally would so thank you Anthony for setting me up with the best vape juice ever!
