Good day. I visited the establishment on February 27th, 2023, as my usual barbershop was closed. I arrived at 08:50 AM and waited until 09:30 AM, but the establishment remained closed, with no lights on and no response to phone calls. I checked their social media platforms, but there was no indication of a closure. The displayed prices for an adult haircut ranged from $30 to $60, which seemed inconsistent and overpriced. The establishment appears to be more suitable for teenagers based on the clientele depicted in the displayed photographs. As a professional adult, I am concerned about the lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated by the establishment's inconsistent opening hours and lack of communication with customers. Drove an hour to get my hair cut and when I get to the location they tell me that my barber i choose was sick and not in. I told this guy I didnt care who cuts my hair. I just needed it cut. He wanted to make me wait another hour instead of eating their mistake and not pay attention to online booking. Why have online booking if you don't use it. Oh well their lost. Relocated to the area been looking for a barber. Just for making me wasting my gas and driving down here for NOTHING I will never give them my business nor would I recommend them. Since they are unprofessional and can't seem to get their online appointments in check! I got a confirmation email, text message and etc. Dont book online...

I visited this place today as it was the first barbershop that popped up when I googled barbershop near me. I had visited their location in Concord. So the name looked familiar so I went with it. I got in with Eden today and she absolutely nailed my haircut. It looks great and I had a blast hanging out with everybody. They also have a shop dog moose who does a great job of greeting everyone!
