Dirty, musty small. Bugs crawling throughout the place and cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Granted this is a country setting so bugs are to be expected to some extent, but when you are operating a wedding venue, basic maintenance and attention to detail is vital before renting out your space. In addition, owners made a large ridiculous scene calling the police during my friend's wedding because they were unhappy about the way a food truck parked their trailer temporarily for the event (about 3-4 hours.) Apparently there are residents that live in the train cars behind and it was blocking someone's parking space. Owners showed up angrily during the wedding ranting, raving, and with two officers. they started yelling at guests telling them the place better be spotless upon leaving. This was smack in the middle of the evening. Completely unprofessional.

We just got married September 6th. The train station was perfect! Melissa and Michael are great to work with. They are very responsive to all emails and phone calls. Their catering was delicious. We did the taco bar and the big talk was the street corn! The day went so smoothly. My Husband and I were taken care of all night. We would recommend having any big event here!

This venue is absolutely awful! They were very disorganized emailing me days before my wedding about pages missing from my contract. It took them six months to get me the contract in the first place.

When I looked at the place originally it seemed great super laid back. I was told we could do things that later became an issue. Keep all documentation of every conversation you have with them. When dealing with the proper manager record your conversations. She back tracks and lies.

The property manager showed up to my wedding screaming at me and my guest. I have email proof we were not doing anything i was not given permission to do. She wouldn't leave. Called the cops on us who were on our side agreed we were not doing anything wrong and then the owner of this facility showed up verbally threatening me and my husband.

DO NOT USE THIS VENUE. I REPEAT RUN AWAY AND FIND SOMEWHERE YOU WILL TREATED...

We recently hosted our Legislative Lunch at the historic Merrimack Valley Railroad Co. Function Hall, and it was the perfect venue for such an impactful event! The charming, historic ambiance provided a warm and welcoming backdrop for our discussions.

A huge thank you to Twelve 31 Events for the incredible catering—every detail of the meal was thoughtfully executed and delicious, earning rave reviews from attendees.

This venue provided a seamless experience, and the space comfortably accommodated our guests while fostering an atmosphere perfect for connection and collaboration.

If you're looking for a unique and professional venue in the Lakes Region, we highly recommend the Merrimack Valley Railroad Co....
