Great Selection and Deals, but Room for Improvement ⭐⭐⭐

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Kohl’s because of their good selection of clothing, home goods, and accessories. They offer fantastic deals, especially with Kohl’s Cash and discounts, which make shopping even more affordable. The store is generally well-organized, and I can usually find what I need without much hassle.

However, I’m giving three stars instead of five because they still have Christmas stuff out taking up space for more, better selections and the clearance sections can feel a bit disorganized. Customer service is usually helpful, but there have been times when it took a while to find assistance on the floor. Also when you can’t find something they refer you to their website. At that points what’s the point in even going in? This is why Americans prefer online shopping and Amazon.

Overall, Kohl’s is a decent place to shop, and I’ll probably come back for more savings...

Went into the Tilton Kohl's to purchase luggage. My husband and I are out of town, and while we have a Kohls card, we do not have any of our coupons or discounts with us. Upon checkout we kindly asked the lady at the counter, Nancy, if there were any sort of deals going on or discounts if we used our Kohls Charge. She blatantly ignored my question and with a rude tone asked my husband to move the luggage another way on the counter. I asked her if that was a "No" then and she said "No" and just went about scanning. She held an attitude and overall rude disposition throughout the rest of the sale. I am not one to ever write reviews, but I could not get over the rudeness and general bad attitude of this one lady. She does not belong working...

I love Kohl's. However, tonight I went to a register and the credit card pass wasn't working. After entering my social security number the staff member told me that I couldn't buy a gift card with my Kohl's card. Since when? I've been buying them at Kohl's since the store opened. So we had to cancel the order and again the card thing wouldn't work with your own Kohl's card. So after entering my social again, I was finally able to take my two items home. I'm just so disgusted because during the Christmas season, I should be able to buy all my items there without this many problems. Also where are all the boots? There are only three boots for sale???
