Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tilton

With being a manager in the food business for 10 years I would not recommend anyone to go here. It's not worth your money or your time. My boyfriend and I went there tonight for a quick dinner and were highly disappointed. We waited for ever to just be seated when there was only one person in the lobby and a person waiting for a order they called in. Then when we got noticed the guy handed us menus at the door and said seat yourself. This same guy was also supposedly training a new person as well. They brought us our drinks that were so bad we couldn't even drink them. We got our food but I had to go up and get our own plates to eat. When we were done we waited an extra 30 mins before they came back to the table just for us to ask for a box. Mind you never came to the table after the food was brought out to see how it was if we needed anything either. As we were eating I was watching more people come and go but be treated the same, the guy had to pull out the manager everytime a pick up came in but yet let's remember he was training. Also the person being trained was left on his own to where he was passing and playing on his phone because he had no idea what to even do. As we went up to the counter to pay we asked to take the drinks off due to the fact of not being able to drink them. He went in back to ask the manager about it you heard her say why then just come out and do it never acknowledged us or asked what happened....

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered 3 pizzas last night and every one of them was completely raw, pure uncooked dough. Tried to pick a slice up and fell apart. Very little toppings. Needed to be cooked for a minimum of another 5 to 7 minutes.....all three pizzas went into the garbage as they were NOT edible. Tried calling the restaurant for over an hour and the phone just rang and rang....the dining room is not open so couldn't speak with anyone to address the issue. Save your time and frustration and Order from somewhere else!

In all fairness, a few days following posting this review, the owner of the franchise reached out to me and "made it right". I have upgraded my review based on the open communication from the owner and his efforts to rectify the issue. Customer service goes a long way. "Bad days" happen, when the issue is ignored it makes the issue bigger. When the issue is addressed and rectified, it says a LOT about the integrity of the owner and franchise. THANK YOU to the owner for helping to resolve this issue. Again, it says a lot about you as an owner. I look forward to trying Pizza Hut again...

Each item of food was spectacular. The Supreme Pan Pizza was the perfect combination of fluffy chewy interior with light and crispy exterior. The topping amounts and distribution were flawless (I subtracted the pork (too salty) and added olives and tomatoes!) And in spite of the myriad toppings it wasn't soggy or heavy at all. My 3 year old daughter LOVED The hand-tossed with the cupped pepperoni; she is a very picky eater but she went back for 3 slices! And the bone-in wings, while in my opinion a bit too expensive (Wish they were part of more bundles) were exceptional. Most places have anemic sized wings but these were full and meaty! I also appreciate the technique of putting the sauce at the bottom and then putting the wings dry on top so they don't sog. The speed was great as was the convenience of ordering online and picking up at the window. Even the person who gave me my order was friendly and expeditious. I also really appreciated that I could use my reward points for free pizza.

All in all this was a wonderful experience and my whole family loved it. Will absolutely be ordering again! :-)...
