What a joke!!!! Do not waste your time going here. The staff is rude, they do not want to do their job and they don't listen to anything!! Very lazy and incompetent I don't know how this clinic is even still open. Trying to go in here because every other clinic is closed and the lady tells me they cannot legally see me because I'm covered under Medicaid and beings that I'm covered under Medicaid they cannot accept any cash payments from me I do not have Medicaid I am not covered under Medicaid if I had Medicaid why would I be trying to pay cash for my visit. I go outside and get Medicaid on the phone go back in for the lady from Medicaid to tell them I am not covered under Medicaid. The receptionist says whatever tosses the paperwork at me and they wait until I fill out all of my paperwork to tell me they cannot see me because I do have Medicaid even though Medicaid just told them I do not have Medicaid and all they had to do was call the provider hotline they absolutely refuse to pick up the phone and call the hotline three different people incompetent and refusing to do their job what a joke. They do not care about anybody...

That receptionist they have in the front is so freaking rude. She is actually sitting there with ringer off. Because she is to busy on her cell phone. And then had the nerve to hang up in my face when I told her about having the ringer off. She said she wasn't aware of it. I wonder what happen to the sweet young ladies use to work at the front. This one they have now is thus by far horrible!!!! And also i left the office at 11 and it's almost 2 oclock still haven't got my prescription I callled up there twice. And she said ok let me send this over to the doctor. Gurl you got to much time on your hands. (Update) 3 hours past still no prescription. (Update) 3:51 just called the pharmacy they just called it in won't get my prescription...

I have tried not to be ugly with texas quick care for a number of reasons but unfortunately there needs to be something said. The only reason I would ever go is to avoid wasting the time for a non emergent visit to the ER. And for the only urgent care open during non business days it is an absolute joke of an office. I went in at 8 in the morning was seen and at 1pm they still have yet to call in my prescription. My husband has been turned away twice with our kids before closing. More than an hour before closing. They can't keep it staffed and it is a waste of time. You'd be better off going to an emergency room if you ever want your stuff done. Just an...
