Whataburger — Restaurant in Timpson

Terrible service. The lady in the drive through was rude. Argued over that I had said cut the lettuce, and that’s fine I could have accidentally said cut the lettuce on a burger but I asked to add it back and she proceeded to tell me I said to cut it. I said yes but I’d like to add it back. So she got an attitude and said repeat the order we are starting over. This wasn’t the only problem. I asked for a jr. Sweet and spicy with no mustard. I drive up to pay and received my recipe and it had added mustard. When the lady came back to the window I showed her so they could correct it hopefully before they made the burger. While I waited for my food she handed me our drinks and they were covered in soda. Didn’t even bother to wipe them. And after the first drink she quit reaching out to hand me the cups. I had to lean way over to reach as she gave no effort to reach out. They had already made the burger but she told them. They gave me my orders and I went home and ate and low and behold they didn’t fix the problem after being told I did not want mustard. They proceeded to cover it up with the sweet and spicy sauce. I do hope her night got better, I know it’s hard working in the food industry but if you are so unhappy please get another job. I did my best to be nice but this is the. Normal for Timpson whataburger. I’m just disappointed in the fact that after I asked for it to be fixed they just covered it up. No excuses for not fixing the problem after it was brought to...

The cashier was very nice and took our order in a timely manner. We had to wait on our food but not too long so it was ok. They got a little rush after we placed our orders and took our seats also. The lady brought our food to our table and offered us condiments. There were not any napkins anywhere inside this restaurant so we had to wait and wait and wait to get some. I saw that the lady behind the counter was super busy and what appeared to be possibly a manager sitting in the corner, not working, just playing on his phone...so I kindly asked him if we could get some napkins. He never said a word to me. Just got up from his seat, put his phone away, grabbed some napkins that looked like they belonged inside a bathroom napkin dispenser, and handed them to me. He wasn't rude or anything but he wasn't nice and kind either. The cashier lady was very talkative and very kind. The restaurant always clean and the gas station that's next door...

horrible just horrible. we got there and there were flies EVERYWHERE in the kitchen, all on the floors, in the windows, flying around and all over the tables. we asked for 3 sweet and spicy burgers and asked for no mustard she said there wasn’t any mustard on the burgers but put mustard on anyways. also we asked for one of the burgers to have the bacon on the side since i don’t eat bacon but they still put it on every single burger. so we had burgers filled with piles of mustard and bacon even though i can’t eat it.. it took 20 minutes for that order alone and we ended up having to order something else right after we got our food and that took 30 minutes! we didn’t leave till 2:16 when we arrived at 1:30. none of the burgers even had enough of the signature sweet and spicy sauce 👎. service was so disappointing...
