We passed through the small town of Timpson so we stopped for breakfast. This was a great place to have breakfast. The food was fresh. They had many different choices from bacon, egg, cheese croissants to kolaches. The kolaches were really good, but hard to choose from - being since they had the boudain and the jalepeno ones as well as the regular ones. The coffee had just been made, so it too was fresh.
