Absolutely HORRIBLE experience today. Not only were the staff and manager completely disrespectful, demeaning and unprofessional but they laughed in our faces. We were holiday shopping and came across a bag we liked. We were told if we didn’t get it there was no guarantee it would be there as it was the last one. We decided to buy it and hold as we continued to shop. We were told at the register that we had 15 days to RETURN. About a half hour later we had decided the purchase was no longer for us and went to return. The staff told us that they never said we could return and that it was exchange only. I proceeded to tell them that they definitely said otherwise and if we had known it was exchange only we would not have made the purchase. They were completely rude and treated us like we didn’t belong in the store. The staff at the registers were laughing at us and the manager was completely rude and unprofessional. We had called corporate who told us it is up to the manager to decide if a return is allowed. It’s a shame during this holiday season the manager could not show us some grace. Disappointing experience again. I shop in the store often as it’s the only one around. I have bought personal items and gifts for others from here as I love the brand and the outlet makes it reasonable to share that love. But I feel like every time I walk into this store you are bothering those who are work there. My last experience might have been the last time I go.The manager of the store, Jessica, could care less to be helpful and if her attitude is the example for her employees then the store needs help. I would like to take the time out to write a review of one of your sale associate Kristen. I was completely impressed with her from the start. Kristen professionalism is well welcome ! I love how she goes the extra mile to ensure great customer service., making me a very happy customer. The ambulance here is always inviting, very nice and always clean, make it very comfortable to shop without missing anything. Kristen is always so friendly, patience, knowledgeable and such a people person. You can tell she loves her job. Wish everyone had the mannerism that she has !
