Brickman's — Local services in Tisbury

I'm from the island but very rarely shop at Brickmans because of the high prices. I few years ago I purchased some high $ Levi's jeans but lost the receipt.. the jeans had never been worn,still had the tags on them and in a Brickman's store bag. I went to return them to the store and I spoke with one person after another;they finally had me speak with the manager but he also refused to return them:they just didn't trust me that I had bought them there !! I was So upset at that 'all business,no trust' attitude that I insisted that they Will accept them back ! The stubborn manager just ramped-up and kept being rude to me and saying 'No We Won't' ! I was patient but just kept explaining my position in a calm way.

I then placed the brand new,never worn(flat)with all tags and in their Brickmans store bag Levis jeans on their counter and walked out. I didn't receive my purchase $ back,but Did return them to the store. They treated me like their policy mattered more than I...

Went Into store to buy sneakers for my grandson we had the most helpful young man help. He took his time. He was patient and he did find us a pair of sneakers. It's a matter of fact a couple of pairs. This was last summer so I know I will return again...
