For years I was a patron of Beach House, however, after I was told by phone that I would receive a full credit for a table scarf that I wanted to return, the store reneged on their promise. When I returned the scarf, they were having a 30% off sale and stated they would subtract 30% for the merchandise I paid full price for. A person's word is an ethical issue for me, but clearly not to the owner of...

Jane is the best! So helpful with determining what pillows would work for my deck furniture and no pressure to buy!

They also play the best R&B music which makes for a fun atmosphere!

I encourage everyone to visit there store on Main St in Vineyard Haven
