Ignite Smoke Shop — Local services in Titusville

I've been vaping before devices were sold to the public and flashlight tubes were modified instead. This shop is sub-par at best.

It's always been my last choice in town and after a recent experience, I will not be going back.

I bought a tank I was already very familiar with some weeks ago and decided to go back in to buy replacement coils for it. I asked for the coils by the name of the tank and was given what looked to be the correct coils. I get home and find that they are a different version of the tank I own, not compatible. Not only am I unable to return the coils due to sales being final, but they don't even carry the correct coils for the tank I bought there OR the correct tank for the coils that I bought instead.

When I ask if there is anything that can be done I'm told by the young lady working there yet again (quite rude and dismissive) that sales are final but "Good luck finding whatever else it is you might need".

If you're in the market for overpriced salt nicotine disposables (most expensive in town) or expired 0mg eliquid the owner puts on sale for more than half off to make a buck, go for it. But if you're at all needing a knowledgeable staff to assist you with vaping related questions that are passionate about getting people to quit smoking, check out the shop in Titus Landing.

This establishment tries to pass off being vape related but if you ask them to get down to the nittty gritty, they'll tell you it is essentially a head shop, a dismal one at that

My husband holds the sign for Ignite in Titusville, FL. He faithfully stands outside during rain, thunder, high degrees of heat. I, his wife have been involved in an auto accident while on the road and at Ignite they claim to treat others like family. However, when I called in an emergency to make contact with my husband they got very annoyed and told me to stop calling. They were going outside to my husband but was not telling him to come inside for an emergency call from me. So many hard hours out there holding the sign! How can firing someone be a good thing?

My phone was damaged during the accident so the only way to reach my husband was through the land line of Ignite. Well, after calling back three times at 15 minute intervals they got so annoyed they told me that they were going to fire my husband solely because of me. How is this treating others like family. I think the fumes are getting to everyone's head. So, I called the police who gladfully will deliver a message to my husband that I will be calling at 6 p.m. It is a shame that my husband will be fired after doing a great job for months. It just...

I have spent a lot of money at this shop! The older gentleman is nice and tries to accommodate and answer questions; however; the product knowledge seems limited. Especially, when the young lady is behind the counter. The store is great if they have what you want and you know what you need. I always get the same product because I don’t know all the options. When I try to inquire about other products the young lady is very dismissive and does not assist in suggestive selling. I will be looking for a new shop that seems interested in assisting. I feel like I’m interrupting the young girls free time or breaks when I come to shop.I can get better...
