A year has gone by and TJ still will not fix my lights, won't answer phone calls.. SMH In the beginning my car looked amazing with my new set of underglow rap lights. And I get if you're not a low riding car such as my Toyota Prius then yes the lights will look amazing everything will work fine especially on trucks because they're higher off the ground. However for my car a Toyota Prius hybrid this is not the case I've had to go back so many times to fix my lights. Zip ties have been used to hold up my bars really. Malfunction within the strips. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of TJ and get these issues fixed. While I have missed an appointment or two due to my work schedule trying to reschedule only to not have phone calls answered due to mailbox full text messages go unanswered so then I drive 25 minutes out of my way and sit and wait for somebody to show up or I show up and then I'm blown off told to come back the next week only then nobody is here he's out of town these are the excuses in this is what's been going on so now I just want this FIXED, It doesn't work it keeps falling off or if I scraped the front end of my bumper rips the bars off because they're only held up by a zip tie I've spent at least $1,800 now not very professional service. A few times I showed up without an appointment and it was a real simple fix but I still paid $100 for 2 minutes of his time every time I came up any clip the bar back on my car $100 for two minutes of time. It's been a yr now and still He WON'T fix...

If I could vote zero stars i would. This company has been a headache from the beginning. My wife ordered a set of RGBW Wheel rings as a gift for fathers day on 6/20/21. Ten days later I had to call LED Creations after we still had no conf. of the kit being shipped (dont worry they took the $280 out of my wife's account immediately). Once i finally got a hold of someone and the kit was delivered i found out it was missing parts. So now i have my car half put together with this useless kit. After making LED Creations aware of the problem they tried to make this right by send a replacement part which was also the wrong park and had to be replaced again. Finally on 8/7/21, almost 2 months later, i was able to complete the project. Recently i was driving in the rain and noticed my lights wasn't on the right color. I assumed something probably got wet so i pulled the fuse and let it dry for a few days. Never-the-less, im getting tired of typing, the lights still don't functioning properly. I have checked all my connections and grounds and also reached back out to LED Creations about possible warranty replacement or even refund but after several attempts to get a hold of someone via call and text nobody seems to care or want to help. I will NOT be doing business with these thief's any longer and neither should you. I hope my review helps you to be cautious who you do...

I have worked with TJ for the past couple of years. Honestly there isn't anyone else I trust more with my custom LED lighting.

He is realistically the best LED specialist and creator that I have found in Florida. He is well known in multiple car groups, car clubs, and by many auto enthusiasts. He comes highly recommended, and he is very respectful. He is a champion with proof from multiple car shows around Florida.

He installed custom High Intensity Rim lights in 2020, and they have performed flawlessly. They have never had any issues, even from my rough treatment of new wheel and tires, painting my calipers, and track days of my vehicle. I trust the gear he provides. Everything is waterproof, shielded from the elements, and secure. I am very pleased with the quality of his work.

I came back two years later, and added some additional upgrades. I trust his handiwork. I plan on doing more business with him in the future.

My only critique is that his scheduling and communication skills need a little more attention, but make sure you get to the point in talking to him. He will treat you well.
