Mr. Submarine & Salads - Dine-In, Delivery, Pick-Up, Take-out — Restaurant in Titusville

I am not sure what has been going on at Mr Sub but it has really taken a toll on the quality and taste of the food.

My last order was the last for awhile.

This time it was a delivery, and once again forgot they forgot to add the delivery charge. They had to call back and ask for my credit card information a second time so they could get wherever money they needed for that mistake. They just have let it slide since it was their mistake.

My turkey sub had almost a stale tasting wheat bread, they seem to keep a hold of aging bread longer now. The turkey itself has dropped in quality for awhile now. It was my go to meat at Mr Sub as a healthier choice. The veggie quality has dropped considerably too.

The gluten free sandwich for my wife was wrong. I asked three times to make sure it was toasted. It was not. This has not been the first time for that either. That’s pretty frustrating. My soup was like warm and the cover of my tea must have come loose because everything was wet.

I hope Mr Sub gets it together again. They were one of my favorite places in town. I would go to lunch there at least once a week (sometimes twice) and dinner every couple weeks.

If you are starting to lose me as a customer I can’t imagine how many others have gone. I’ve been a customer way back when you were on Hopkins the first time. Please reverse course for whatever you have done over the last few years. Bring back to quality meats, veggies, and bread.

Nobody is listening at the shop so maybe saying others will help. We don’t have many good places in our town, we can’t afford to lose our...

I always love Mr submarine love them for many many years. My favorite is the chicken salad sub.... If you're patient with the people there because they're busy they will help you in every single way that they can and they're very friendly. Always look for friendly people and the establishment I like to return to I actually like them to call me by name but I don't know if the people would ever call me by name at Mr submarine..... But still I love it there the food's awesome. The only thing is I wish they would deliver to my neighborhood I live on the outskirts of a bad neighborhood and I live in a brand new 55 and older community they would be delivering here all the time there is nothing to fear but they don't even want to take it into consideration. I'm sorry about that I wouldn't live here if it was that bad. You're not going to get shot and you're not going to get robbed pulling up to a building that has security. Anyways other than that I love Mr submarine. Mr submarine would you please consider delivering to my neighborhood I'm not going to put my neighborhood down because this is public but honestly you never even wanted to consider it and everybody else delivers here pizza places from all over Titusville deliver and your are right around the corner from us and you don't want to deliver here I would have a lot more subs if you did that. Hi I'm very disappointed my friend had a pay forward ticket, he came in and got his sandwich I also came in and bought mine with cash to go,but we were sitting in the dining room talking waiting for our orders, we decided to chat for a while, this Caucasian lady comes out and says sir you arnt aloud to.sit in the dining room, people that have payfoward tickets can't dine in,we weren't even eating, no where did I see a sign stating that certain people can't sit inside 🤔I said I'm a paying customer, actually someone bought his ticket that paid for it,this happened a few years ago to another Friend of mine, the lady told him he couldn't have a ticket because he was driving a truck, please don't judge and put people in categories, these people are humans just like you, I would be ashamed to say that to anyone, sunrise bakery doesn't do this,u can go in and get your ticket and sit down to eat, very nice people that work their,please take this into consideration 😉 if u want to put people in different categories why would you even offer this to the homeless people,we weren't causing a scene or making any kind of disturbance, I'm writing this because it's very degrading to others, he said no one has ever told him that before, how would u feel if you were told that, treat people how u want...
