I have had to deal with my picture freezing in and out constantly when taping a show with the 'dvr' I was lucky if my shows did not freeze, pixel and was able to watch a show from start to finish without wanting to smash something. I replaced the box several times. As to their internet we had their so called fastest speed "NOT" at times it would take so long to open a page I could walk away for 10 minutes. Finally our monthly bill 193.75. We are moving to Florida in a few days there are so many cable companies to choose from we got a great deal 3 dvr boxes all premium HBO, Cinemax,Showtime and more and even higher speed internet plus home phone with unlimited international calls. They won't provide a new modem . Saying I have to purchase one out of pocket. We reset our boxes like 5 times a day. No kidding, at least one time every-- single-- day. And of course that works!!I can't roll my eyes hard enough. Everytime a technician comes out there's nothing wrong. They have a monopoly of the whole area as far as internet goes so they hike up the price and lower the speed. We don't need any more data, we need better speed, connections and modems that are newer than the ones I had in highschool 10 years ago.
