Only rating 3 stars because the pizza tasted 7/10. If it weren’t for the flavor I would’ve rated 1 star because the customer service here is NASTY. I called up to order 3 pies and they told me the total was $60.26 so I said okay great thanks. An hour goes by and the pizzas not delivered and we’re located 5 minutes away from this place.. I call them back up and politely ask on the status of the order. They tell me they are backed up and that’s why it’s taking so long.. I can COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND if they are busy and that’s why it’s taking over an hour. But THEN another 45 minutes goes by and the person comes to deliver the pizza and I give him a $100 bill (which I stated I need change for over the phone and they said that was fine) and he tried not to give me any change. I say to him sir the pizza was $60 can I have $30 back. I wanted to give a $10 tip which is about 18% tip for pizza that took an hour and 45 minutes to be delivered even though the store is less then 5 minutes away. THIS DELIVERY GUY hands me $20 back out of $100. The pizza was $60 the tip was $10 I wanted $30 back. I’m not giving you $20 tip for a 5 minute drive for $60 worth of pizza that’s outrageous after waiting almost 2 hours. This guy rolls his eyes at me and then hands me $30 back like I asked. Are you joking? I should’ve not tipped him at all for being so damn rude and nasty and for him to EXPECT a 33.3% tip what a joke. So yeah I will make sure never to order from here again, nasty and rude customer service /...
Read moreMy visit today to AJ's Pizza and Parm House left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied, and I can confidently award them a well-deserved 5-star rating. The standout feature of my experience was undoubtedly the mouthwatering garlic knots. Not only were they visually appealing with a beautifully browned crust, but when I took my first bite, I was greeted by a soft and pillowy center that was simply irresistible. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of textures in a dish, and these garlic knots truly exceeded my expectations.
Another highlight was the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was nothing short of delightful. The combination of savory chicken, crispy bacon, and the zesty tang of ranch dressing created a flavor symphony that was as enjoyable as it was memorable. Each slice was a burst of savory goodness that left me craving more.
What truly sets AJ's apart is not only the exceptional quality of their food but also the remarkable value they offer. It's refreshing to find a place that delivers such outstanding flavors in the Poconos without breaking the bank. I'll...
Read moreWow! Where has this place been all my Pocono days?! The owner, the chef, is super friendly, as his his restaurant very family friendly. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I'm italian, I love my cheeses, garlic, and seasonings. There is none of this lacking in his food. He also prepares his sauces, or food to YOUR liking. Do you like tangy sauce? Sweet sauce? He'll make it special to your order. We had his pizza, chicken teriyaki flatbread, crazy bread, zeppole, garlic knots and falafel. His wife shared a specially made Moroccan bean soup. Wow! Just wow! (And I don't like beans!) His 5 yr old little girl helped her Daddy so proudly. Such a warm friendly place. Bring the kids, the toddlers, bring them all! It's like visiting your warm italian grandmother's home. All are welcome, and fed well. Very reasonably priced. We look forward to going back again! Thank you Alfredo for an exceptional experience. Your restaurant is one of Poconos' greatest secrets. I hope the word gets...
