Not sure exactly how to describe my experience with Alex. A breath of fresh air would be a start. In a nutshell, I came here because of the reviews, and I couldn't be more happy that I did. He obviously knows his stuff, he's a very nice guy, and will do everything he can to accommodate you. I had a laptop that wouldn't turn on. He opened the laptop and found the issue to be in the adapater/charger connection, that caused a problem with the motherboard. He built a small piece to ensure the adapter held firm, reset the motherboard and had it back to me in less than 24 hrs, all at a very reasonable price. As I write this review, he just left a message for me, just following up to make sure the laptop was working fine and I had no issues or questions. WHAT???? I'm so glad we moved to the Poconos. We were in NY too long and forgot how nice people can be. And now, I found my computer guy! Thx Alex! UPDATE: MARCH 2021 (4 YRS LATER) PC crashed and took to Alex who determined the motherboard was shot. After discussing options, based on what I use my pc for, he suggested a gaming pc, one he custom built. In addition to recovering my files and putting them on a separate drive for easy access, he gave me a good deal on the custom pc and I bought it. Had an issue with the video card which he promptly changed. Even with the initial issue, I always felt comfortable knowing he would correct the problem and stand by his work. He did that. If I could leave 6 stars I absolutely would!!! My wife and 7 year old son had broken labtops that were beyond repair. Alex suggested my wife and son get new labtops based off of their needs. My son loves doing small PC gaming and my wife does average internet browsing, he sold us 2 labtops that fit there unique needs. My wife loves her labtop and my son loves his. My wife told Alex her husband was a gamer and he explained he just finished building a gaming PC from scratch. With my wife’s help I contacted Alex to speak about the specs and not only did I love the specs but the gaming PC was a beast for my gaming needs. I purchased the gaming PC and ABSOLUTELY love what he sold me. I highly highly recommend doing business with Alex and I most certainly will go to him with any of my PC needs...

The experience was great!! I came to get the standoffs and USB. The guy was very responsive to the needs. Then the next day, my friend wants to stop by to see if he would build the full tower. He was willing to build. He had to check everything to make sure my friend bring all that the full tower needs. He explained a lot of things to my friend and me. We forget to give him a cd for the motherboard. So I brought the next day to make sure he has a cd for the motherboard. Somehow he already set up the motherboard and explains what's good about the motherboard. He too me what the full tower needs and etc. He messaged to my friend to make sure he builds the way my friend wants. He was very communicating.
