Ā Ā Ā Read moreWOW and I mean it - Amazingly helpful!! If you need help with your phone THIS IS THE PLACE!! I just took a friend to get a new AT&T phone. We bought the phone at Walmart & immediately drove to the Toccoa, AT&T store. Fantastic group of folks. They were great when I called earlier to ask which phone would be a good choice. Wayne & I discussed the choices & he offered pointers of each & how I could come to the store after buying a Walmart AT&T phone if we needed more help. And we did! They were extremely patient and understood my friend needed a bit of help - Joy took time to set up an monthly auto-pay - transferred files from her old T-Mobile hardly working phone to the new one and took extra time to show my friend the simple swipes to get from one app to the other. Talk about going Above and Beyond what most stores do nowadays.... I am impressed. I Highly recommend this AT&T Toccoa store in particular for your AT&T needs. Besides being intelligent, you can see and watch the employees working together for what I consider the Good of the Customer. Even the store itself had a friendly atmosphere. It's almost impossible to find these qualities these days - Employees that care about the customer. We had a totally wonderful experience. Again I recommend speaking to Any of the employee at this store. Each one took time to say hello to us and although the store was quite busy the entire time we were treated like gold. Thank you AT&T Toccoa store. You made my day and helped my friend get a phone that will work at her house and one she can understand how to make it work. Thank you. You are definitely on my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMonica was great!! Very helpful and we finished everything up in the store in a reasonable amount of time!! Update: the above statement is true, however my husband (not tech savy) went back a couple days later for assistance with a transfer of phones. He was assured by the manager multiple times that it was transferred. She asked him to check everything, when you first get a phone you have to log into all this stuff and he wasn't sure what all to check. The new phone had a alert that said only 45% transferred/transfer fail. They kept the old phone and erased it, even though we had at least two weeks to mail it in. When we got home the contacts were all the contacts from my phone not his, he lost all numbers, all texts, and all photos from the past 2.5 years. This was a primarily business phone. I understand that he holds responsibility for not "checking everything", but the manager took no responsibility at all and didn't take the time to double check the phone itself. If that had been done then the notification about a failed transfer would have been caught, and we would have been advised to hang on to old phone until we could verify we had everything that we needed. When we called no responsibility was taken, no apology, nothing. It was all "His Fault". Just because it is a smartphone era, doesn't mean that every customer is smartphone savvy. It would be helpful to prompt customers to check your contacts, text, and pics at minimum. Or encourage your customer to hang on to the old phone for a couple of days "Just in case". That would be good...
