KFC — Restaurant in Toccoa

I was a drive thru customer at 12:01 (lunch time). I was told it would be an 11 minute wait for Original Recipe. I told them I only get 30 min. for lunch, and that Crispy was okay. After driving to the pick up window, I was told I would have to wait 4 min. for Potato Wedges. I was told to park my car. @12:15 I was still waiting. So I went inside, I explained the situation calmly the first time, the second time I related the tale, I was upset and talking loudly, but not yelling. I was told to lower my voice. So I said, " just give me my money back!". I was told that they would pack up my meals right now. 1- Why wouldn't you have Original Recipe ready, before the lunch hour began? 2- Why did I have to wait 15 minutes for Potato Wedges that supposedly would be ready in 4 minutes? I will never again return to...

It was the worst experience. I placed my order and paid at the drive thru. The young lady wasn't very pleasant. She told me to park. Now all I got was a famous bowl and 2 biscuits. My bag of food was handed to me by a nice young man. (He was the only good thing.) I drove home to find out my biscuits where not in my bag. I drive back and go through drive thru to explain I'm missing my biscuits. The young lady asked if I ordered 4? I said no only 2. Then it got quite to where I felt uncomfortable. Finally she tells me to pull around. She has her back to me att the window. A different woman looks around her to look at me. Not sure why they are acting like I offended them. Ordered online, pick up should have been at 5:30pm. I arrived a bit late at 5:50pm since I ordered a large family meal. I was giving them a couple of minutes to complete packing and also waiting on an email or call to verify that my order was ready. Never received any notification. I headed towards the pick-up and saw that my bags were ready and all tied up. Once I got home, I realized they forgot my tenders. I ordered a family 8pc fill up+ 8pc tenders. Gave me everything else, including the sauce, but not my dam tenders.
