Burger King — Restaurant in Toccoa

Update 11/1/2022 Closed at lunch. I guess the female version of The Barbershop had other plans today. Updated 4/16/2020. Today I thought, it's been a while Shan doesn't seem to last long at jobs. I get there, go threw the drive threw, and the first thing I hear is, "Welcome to burger king my name is Shan, can I take your order? Please hold." I mean you just said can I take your order. What's with the please hold? I heard they got a new store manager, but if they don't take out the trash, nothing really changes. Not only the newest fast food store in Toccoa, but it also carrys the title of worst in Toccoa. 3 out of 4 visits were unsatisfactory. I can get around new business mistakes. My third visit I wanted to go inside to get my to go order. At the front counter was the employee SHAN. I know this person from multiple fast-food resturants in the area. Immediately upon seeing her I went threw drive threw, to avoid her, yet some how she still ended up touching my food. My review was more stars, but after knowing she work's there, I will no longer be a customer, or anybody I talk to until she is gone. My stars will change once she is gone. Untill then take a small walk down the road to Wendy's, they'll show you how fast food is really done. Update, 9/6/2022, lunch. I got two simple meals, and all turned out fine. My Husband and me had not been back in a long time because it was so bad. Tonight we thought well maybe they have improved. We did go through the drive through service was great there. Our food well the fries was white not cooked good if you picked one up it would just fall over. The burgers had been sitting for a while you definitely could taste it. They had been put in the microwave and heated up the meat was do HOT it would burn the inside of your mouth. My cheeseburger the cheese on it looked like you had spread it on with a knife that's from it being put in the microwave. Its really bad and sad that you get a new building built then don't care what or how your staff works. But I'm sure if they eat there before they go home they definitely would not eat the cheeseburger they served me. They would take the time and go back there and make it fresh. Oh and there was only 1 car in front of us and when we got up there to pay that car was already gone. So know they where not busy at all we where there at like 7:30 at night. First of all, this parking lot is impossible to get into. May as well just go to Hardee’s next door because you can actually get in and park. Once I finally got in (after performing gymnastics with my car... it was pretty impressive what I did, mind you), I pulled into the drive thru where I had to wait to have my order taken... for at least 10 minutes. The ENTIRE drive thru cleared out before I was attended to. (Your guess is as good as mine as to why I actually waited. Maybe I just felt nice. I don’t know). They got my order wrong more than once (good luck figuring out how that’s possible in one trip, but believe me, it happened) and I had to wait even longer to actually get my food.
