I ordered a deep dish with extra cheese (which cost around $2) on the app. Went to pick it up, they didn't have any napkins when asked. Got home around 10 p.m.(their closing time) and went to eat the pizza, I was starving, realized that not only did they not put extra cheese but barely any cheese at all! They were closed so called next day after they opened and explained what happened, the employee proceeded to get my information and then tell me to hold as they went talk to the manager. When they came back to the phone they said that they would have to call me back and said that that manager asked if I still had the pizza. Of course I do not have the pizza anymore. So when the manager called me back, they proceeded to tell me that they would not make it right as far as make me another pizza or give me my money back for the extra cheese. I have been customer to Little Caesars for as long as I can remember, anytime I ever had any problem with my order they would totally make it right and go above and beyond. This time they were not willing to do anything, not offer a coupon or anything! As a business I feel you should not treat your loyal customers in this manner. THEY COULD'VE OFFERED SOMETHING!! I was so shocked & and a Lil furious over how cold they was with this situation. I won't say I'll never eat from there again but THEY WILL NOT GET ANY MORE BUSINESS FROM ME!!! AM I IN THE WRONG?? One of the few places in town that employs young staff (such as high schoolers) that are actually professional and polite, which I think says a lot about the management. Can't say the same for a lot of other places in town. Never had a bad experience at this location when it comes to food or service.
There was only one time where they got my order wrong. I called and ordered their Extra Most Bestest pizza with cheese stuffed crust, but instead received a plain cheese pizza with stuffed crust. I brought it up to the cashier, who brought the shift manager in. After briefly explaining to her about the incorrect order, she apologized and put in my correct order and allowed me to keep the 1st pizza for free. No drama and done promptly with a positive, professional attitude.
In my opinion, the best pizza chain that is in Toccoa in terms of consistency, cleanliness, and service. I actually prefer Pizza Hut's pizza over Little Caesar's, but would still rank this location above the Toccoa Pizza...
