Thursday 02/10/2022 ran my car through the wash at 20.00. Upon inspecting my car while vacuuming I noticed scratches down the side evenly where the brush would have gone down the side. I have a 2022 Honda Accord (new car). I brought this to the attention of the men working there and was asked if I would like to speak with the manager. Of course I would. Well… the guy “called” him then came to me with a “form” to fill out while another employee “took pictures”. I was told that 200 + cars go through a day and no one ever complains. Filled out the form and was told that I would be contacted in a “few days”. Not to mention my car was not clean…and told well we can run it through again. Really???? Today I took my car through here 2 times. Did my car look good? No. It looked Like it wasn't washed whenever I came back the second time he was asking me, Did I want to take my car back through here again? And my answer was, I want my car to be cleaned. I didn't want it just to be washed. I do not know what has been going on lately but I have the $40.00 a month unlimited washes but the last few time I was there they did not spray i with the bug remover spray which left bugs on my windshield and one of those times there was no soap in the water they were using for their brushes. I relay on my car being clean and have done a great job in the past but lately it has been a half fast job on the boy's part. I think maybe they need to be...
