Wow! What an experience. Let me start off by apologizing for coming in 30 minutes before closing but we DID NOT deserve this.

We were waiting on the food and when they finally called us up to the counter, we checked the food to make sure everything was there, just because we had a slightly large order. As we are going through the bags, one of the girls on the line said “She need to get out of here” to my friend who was with me all because we wanted to check to make sure all of our food was in the bag. As I went back in to get the young ladies name, which they wouldn’t provide to me, she came OUTSIDE to yell at us! Also said we didn’t have to “come at her like that” after SHE CHASED US DOWN IN THE PARKING LOT! Then after she was asked who she was talking to then, she wouldn’t say. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Went here tonight to get a meal. Ordered a #6 with sweet tea to drink. That's a $13 combo also a spicy double steak grilled cheese borrito that's a $7.5 so we questioned this total of $26.02, I wish I would've got a picture of the receipt but I didn't the manager argued the large sweet tea that was clearly added other than the combo plus instead of ringing up the burrito spicy she added 75 cents for jalapeños. So we asked why argue with the customer and the manager patty said she wasn't arguing that the sweet tea was discounted with the combo. It's clearly charged $2.89 for the sweet tea... now that made me mad, she said she's not arguing. So we got our money back and ordered the same in Cornelia $18.70 that's a $7.32...

Do not ever order through the drive-through or counter!!!!!! Always out of everything. Went through drive-through once, they were out of burritos LMAO. If you order through drive-through or at the counter, $0.40 up charge for sour cream .50 cent's for tomatoes, and up charges for everything else. You can order through the kiosk or the app and your will save tons of money. Supreme which includes tomatoes and sour cream is only .45 for a supreme upgrade simply in the app or kiosk. Be aware this is not a corporate store they will rip you off. I order through the kiosk and can save a few dollars per order. I have contacted Taco Bell with no response.
