Oddly enough I now find myself, one week later wishing I had not left such a positive review previously. First of all, I'm really not the kind that leaves reviews very often, if at all. A week ago I was merely confirming the vape store's address when I noticed Kay-Lee's negative review and read the owner's response. Since I had had nothing but positive experiences and patronized the store 1-2 times a week, I took the owner's response as truth and was left with the impression the Kay-Lee must have been off in her representation of what happened. Now however I'm inclined to believe that what she reported was accurate and the owner's response to be condescending and dishonest. Yesterday I was at the store with a dear friend to stock up on some nicotine and picked up a couple favs. I decided to try a couple new ones as well and ended up buying a pair of refill cartridges for a Kado Snap by mistake. Later, I learned the girl at the counter was a new employee so she missed it too. I hardly got through the door before realizing my mistake and asked for a simple exchange. Expecting to pay the difference in price for their full-kit counterpart ( same brand and model ) I asked for a simple credit/exchange. The products had not been opened in any way. As expected the girl at the counter phoned the owner, explained the mishap and related my request. To my surprise and disappointment the owner refused. So, after already dropping 54 bucks I had to spend another 34 dollars just to make use of the two pods I bought only moments before. I felt bad for the new girl at the counter. I could tell she was uncomfortable. After all the garbage about taking " customer service seriously" and being always willing to "work with our customers to resolve issues"... blah, blah, blah! Yeah, right dude. To top it all off, one of the two Raz vapes I brought home doesn't work. I'm sad to say that I'll not be spending another dollar in your store. Read moreI was one of their first customers and went there about once a week for supplies. On more than two occasions we purchased coils that were bad and never even left the parking lot and went back in to tell them. (Mind you we had bought them five minutes prior). The girl who was working, who is always friendly said she had to call the owner. He refused to replace it and we should've never gone back but at the time it was often the only place we could find the items we needed. The second time it happened he tried to blame the mod, and wanted to work on it changing settings and so forth, fiddling around with it for almost an hour, having no clue what he was doing! And I might add no results. His only words I'm sorry. Then again we had to go back bc they were the only place that had the juice my husband uses. He bought a brand new bottle of juice, when he went to fill his tank & the lid popped off and half the juice went all over the floor!! . These lids are only going to come off if it was previously removed and not put on correctly!!! When we told them about this they responded I'm sorry that happened. THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT! We finally found another store that keeps what we needed and not only for better prices but it is owned by ppl that stand behind their products. So today at the request of a friend I called to see if they carried a specific product she was looking for, they said yes they did, and when I asked the price they told me they could not give prices on the phone. WHAT? HUH? IS IT A SECRET?! Maybe a person might want to be sure they have enough cash on them before they go to get it . WOW HOW BIZARRE! I told my friend to look elsewhere and be glad she dodged a bullet! I will never recommend this store to anyone!!!. However the "powers that be" the owner show absolutely no gratitude towards customers or employees ( whom are always absolutely Darlings). The last time I was in there I dropped $80 dollars on Kato bars not realizing they were the new ones that are actually pods that have to be paired with the battery of which I don't have. Not 60 seconds passed from the time of purchase did I realize this and ask ONLY to change it out for the fogger pods ( the one I alreadyhave). The BRAND NEW employee called the owner and told the poor girl to refuse to let me change out to the correct pods. I guess he thought I'd ACTUALLY purchase another $80 worth more there in his store. But NO I will never purchase anything from there again and I highly advise anyone else not to patronize that store either. And it's a shame because the deals are good and the employees are absolutely the sweetest I've ever encountered. The underdog convenience store has comparable deals and the employees are awesome so I'll go there and I advise everybody else...
