I only give 2 stars because the employees are super friendly most of the time. This last time was awful though. Too much playing and talking between coworkers and friends. I totally get being short staffed. Everyone is these days. I have a lot of patience and I’m not going to rush someone to get food or beverages. I’ll happily wait my turn. This last visit though, we did an online order in the app. After I got checked in (even pushed the button to let them know I was there because the app goes wonky sometimes) I watched 2 other vehicles pull in and place an order and those 2 vehicles whose orders were placed well after mine, get their orders and pull back out of their stalls. I was still doing okay with waiting. I pushed the button again though after seeing them order and leave just to kind of remind them that hey, I’m still here. It was another 5-10 minutes (which was still fine, totally understand being short staffed) before my order came out. What was not fine was the state in which my order came out. It looked like the shakes has sat there in the restaurant the entire time I was waiting! They were almost completely melted. So bad that they were leaking out of the lids in every way you could imagine. One of the kids wasn’t even on all the way. The lid came off and half the shake spilled in the parking lot. Barely got an I’m sorry out of them. All this whole the manager just stood outside chit chatting with their friends who pulled up. When you have a drive thru line backing all the way around you probably shouldn’t be outside hangin out. Food order wasn’t correct either. But at this point I was just ready to go home so we didn’t know that was incorrect until I got home with the food. This last visit was completely unacceptable and someone needs to do something to better train staff on order preparation. Update 8/10/22: I placed an order thru the app for 2 milkshakes and 2 orders of churros and received my confirmation email at 7:06pm. Due to the lack of signal, I was unable to check in thru the app, so I pushed the red button. The person who responded told me to go to the drive thru to order. I explained that I had already placed an order thru the app, provided my name and ticket number, and was told they would have it out to me shortly - that was at 7:17pm. I proceeded to wait as three people ordered and received their items thru the drive thru, a fourth attempted to order at a stall and was told they'd need to use the drive thru (they chose to just leave), and a fifth customer was served in a different stall. At 7:37pm the employee who had just taken the order to the other stall approached my vehicle and asked my name and what I'd ordered, when I told them they looked at the crumpled receipt from the delivery they'd just made and said, "Oh, yeah. I'll get that right out to you." My order was finally brought to me at 7:44pm. If this was an isolated incident, I would brush it off, however this extensive waiting has been an issue nearly every time I have ordered. I understand that finding quality help these days is difficult, but this is ridiculous!

Read moreWe placed an order in the app 9:09PM, pulled into a stall and waited. The screen said that a server was on the way with our order. We waited another 10 minutes and still no order. All of the stalls had signs that said “this stall is closed”. You’re supposed to wait in a stall when you place an order on the app. After 45 minutes we decided to go to drive thru, waited another 10 minutes to just get to the speaker, waited another 5 minutes for them to tell us to pull up to the window. When she finally comes to the window, she asks if we had a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, tater tots - I told her no that we had mobile order, she told us they didn’t have an order in our name. After countless times of her coming and going she finally tells us they found our order. It takes all of 30 seconds for her to fill our cups up with the slushies we ordered. WE ORDERED 2 DRINKS. She tried to charge us for the drinks we had already paid for and proceeds to tell me that next time we need to go thru the drive thru because it’s much faster. 🫥 I told her we waited for an hour at the stall and she said “I know we’re just talking about that”. We were angry at this point and called corporate. Spent an additional 25 minutes on the phone for the lady to tell us she couldn’t find the location.
