We went to the Franklin Park Toledo Ohio store and had awful customer service. We needed the size on the mannequin to complete an outfit. When we asked the store associate we were told they are “never allowed to remove the mannequin’s items.” I found this odd as we have actually had an item removed from a mannequin in the past. I then proceeded to ask for the store manager who not only refused to remove the shirt we needed from the mannequin, but also refused to provide me her name as “it’s against store policy to give out names.’ She went as far as to say “Hollister encourages us to NOT provide our names.” When asked “so you would rather lose a sale?” The manager confirmed saying “Yep, have a good day, bye” and looked at the store associate and started laughing. We left without any purchase we will NOT be going back. Hollister Co. you need to do some secret shopping and see just how your store associates work at the Franklin Park store. Long story short the zipper broke on a pair of jeans I Bought online last week on sale. Maybe big corporations should consider customer over an 8 dollar difference and make decisions accordingly.
