Franklin Perk Cafe — Restaurant in Toledo

Shop was clean, but definitely generic layout and decorations. Workers were nice, but obviously don't know how to make a proper beverage. I'll take competence over nice though. We ordered our drinks and they were awful. My husband ordered a frappe and it was melted and looked like a runny chocolate milk when it was handed to him and not frozen. I ordered a frozen drink and they gave me it over ice. It wasn't until we walked out, did I understand why every other place that sold coffee drinks had lines and this place didn't. It sucked and definitely won't be back...
