Went to pick up my package delivered by UPS from here. I've done this in the past and all the times I've done this I have had issues with getting my package... They take 10 or more minutes just to find it, and ask if it could be under another name. All the packages I picked up from there from UPS have had more than one sticker with my name on it. And that's with me showing my ID with my face on it so they can see I am who I say I am and yet I always run into an issue with getting my package. I continued to walk inside the store and no one was available to help or asking to help. I continued to shop and headed to the regigister when I was done. There was 1 cashier & 8 customers waiting. This is not customer service!!! I had worked 10 hours, I was tired and wanted to get home.
